Packing&Delivery

NOTE:

Although we put our stocks in Czech Public warehouse,Not all models are available.Some new models are being produced,some stocks are sold out.

Especially for the Covid-19 pandemic,we stop sending more stocks to warehouse for reducing risks.

So if you want to do drop shipping.Pls check with us firstly if the model and stocks are available from Czech Public warehouse.

FAQ Q.What certificate do you have ?
A.We have a series of Certification for different purpose,For example,for electric scooter products,we have CE,FCC,ROHS,UL etc.
For the battery part,we have UN38.3,MSDS for safety report etc. we make sure all our products and parts are qualified fully for shipping and exporting.

Q.Can I have sample before placing bulk order ?
A.Yes you can,we sell samples for testing and approval.The cost difference will be returned when you place the bulk order.

Q.How many days for you to prepare samples ?
A.Only 1 day for normal and stocked goods,2~7days for customized or abnormal models.

Q.Do you test products before shipping ?
A.Sure,Our production is strictly operated under ISO9001 quality system.Our staff of IQC,IPQC,QC and QA check every procedure from incoming materials,production processing and finished products,making sure all products are qualified 100%.

Q.When is your delivery time ?
A.it depends on model and order QTY,Normally it takes around 20days after getting deposit,Repeated order just takes around 10~18days.

Q.What format of file do you need for my own design ?
A.If it’s for printing,the format of AI and PDF are necessary.we will use it for making film and confirm the colour,size and
location with you before batch printing.

Q.How many colours are available ?
A.In principle,we use colour pantone code to do right job for you.that’s to say you need to offer us pantone colour code.If you don’t have pantone code,we only can do similar effect but not precise job.or we can recommend popular colours for your reference.

Q.Do you provide OEM R&D services ?
A.Yes,The OEM order is always welcome.We have sufficient experience on OEM services.

Q.Can we have our own logo and company named printed on the products or package ?
A.Sure.it is reasonable requirement.we do it a lot by printing or stickers for our customers.

Q.What’s your payment term ?
A.We accept 30% deposit by T/T or West Union in advance and balance paid before shipping Or 100% L/C at sight. Contact US
